Well Gang

Sorry for the late reply.

In what was probably the best closest/season in the history of the AFL, it went right down to the last game.

As you can see by the ladder, Rip stormed home to pip Radar with an amazing 8.

Well done on getting the trophy this year Rip.

It's been sent to you via EMS.

Commiserations to Radar, but at least he has some joy with his beloved Blue Baggers scraping into the finals.

Rip will be happy with Sydney finishing on top as will Scea with Port finishing second

Well that's it for another year of tipping guys.

Thanks to all of you for participating.

Until next time.

PS You can put forward your tips for the finals if you wish.

Hi Chooks.

See in the above posts, the ladder was slow in updating.

It was actually playing funny buggers for the whole weekend.

Congrats on picking 8.

Here's the updated ladder.

Ah that's better.  I hope Rip didn't eat the chocolates because I beat him with the margin.

We are assuming that Track has reserved the number 5 as well....Pratt no longer there but the mrs might have offered a CEO package at Pratt industries as well...

As long as the paperwork shows Christian's remuneration for playing footy squeezes inside Carlton's salary cap, then everything is legit.  Correct?

I think he would make an excellent public relations ambassador for VISY.   Not the only AFL superstar to moonlight for a bit of extra needed cash.💰💰💰

I believe the salary cap increases next year so your good to go...

Woooooo...everytime I open the paper at the sports page lately im getting hit for 6.....

Great win by Geelong in Adelaide. I thought with Stewart it would have been a lot closer.

Win or lose next week, I don't think Hinckley survives this.

Good win by the Swans with a few heart palpitations. Brisbane at one stage led by 60 but still won. Now we have 6 left.

Day time games grrr

Missed the cracker between the Swans and GWS.

Managed to watch all the blowouts.

I predict the Lions and Port will depart next week.

Throw a hat over the other four, going to be a good last two weeks.

Cracking game last night, contest after contest.

I thought the Hawks would over run them but Port held on.

Unless Ken can get some players back i think their in trouble next week.

Rip will be happy with the result.

What a game tonight. I was hoping for Brisbane but I thought they were gone.  GWS must be shattered. Two games in a row they have been pipped on the line after  having winning margins.

Gotta love big Joe,misses the easy and kicks the impossible ones.

Great weekend of footy.

Roll on next week.

Hollywood Joe makes the difficult look ridiculously easy.   He makes the easy look ridiculously difficult.

Titus O'Reilly this week

Oh no! Ken Hinkley talked to Jack Ginnivan!

I hope Jack is alright! How traumatic that must have been. A 57-year-old man talking to you from several metres away.

I hope the Hawks have some trauma counselling in place. It’s almost like there is a consequence to your actions.

People who enjoy Will27's contribution to this forum may have noted his absence, he's had a few things washed way in the Chiang Rai floods.

Power, water, internet, most of his village etc.

Should be back up soon.

We've all suffered, my online shopping is a week late!

Thanks Scea

Power, water and internet slowly coming back after 4 days.

A lot of the village has been decimated.

Being high up, we were safe from the flooding.

Over 45 homes were submerged.

A farang mate of mine went back to his house yesterday and couldn't even

get his door open due to the mud.

Bloody heartbreaking.

Hoping to watch a replay of last week's games this week if 3bb gets sorted.

This is about 500 meters from me.

Great win for the Swans. Grand Final next week. Rampe appears to be in trouble and may miss the GF. I hope not.

I am claiming both clubs as Victorian.   South Melbourne and Fitzroy.

I'm going for Fitzroy.  South Melbourne is already decked out in red & white. Was there on Sunday.

Hope the recovery is going well Will.

Well the big dance tomorrow, off to get phone credit and petrol for the genie as backup.

Unfortunately no meat pies for this year.

Hard one to pick with both sides potential to get on a run.

Good luck to the swans supporters on here.

I will take the monkey off your back saying Lions by 9 points

and McCluggage for the Norm Smith.
