Extension Or New Visa

A good friend of mine is in my office now. He is living in Samut Prakan and has been offered a job with a Thai company based there. He has an O class visa based on marriage. The visa was a single entry issued in Malaysia and expires on the 9th of this month. The Job offered will not start until April – The Question – Will he get an extension on his visa or will he need to get a new O class visa
