Tried to read Notifications and got this:

Have you been flagged for breaking one of the many rules one must adhere to on this forum?  If so, you should get an email giving info on your infraction...and how to regain your TVF priviledge to participate... 

If you were trying to go to a post you did that was reacted to it could be due to your post being removed.

I looked at your content and found that a topic you posted in had been removed which would be the reason you did not have permission to view it. It would be the same for any post that had a reaction that was removed.
