Hilton Hua Hin Resort & Spa presents new weekend buffet dinner themes, giving guests a chance to savour a myriad of cuisine on Fridays and Saturdays. Ranging from authentic Thai and global flavours at The Market Restaurant to a monthly, fun, beachfront barbecue dinner with a resident DJ for the perfect night out with friends and family to ensure guests are delighted at every turn.

 

Monthly Barefoot BBQ Night –  first Saturday of every month

 

The first Saturday of every month is ‘Barefoot BBQ Night’ at Hilton Hua Hin Resort & Spa, one of the newest and must-attend events in Hua Hin that combines an energetic mix of live entertainment by the resident DJ and flavourful BBQ cuisine, with the backdrop of a relaxing setting located directly on the hotel’s beachfront along the Gulf of Thailand. Guests can expect an evening of music and dancing along with a bountiful menu showcasing an array of cooking-styles, from live-from-the-grill stations featuring juicy meat choices and freshest catch of seafood such as crabs, tiger prawns, rock oysters and mussels, to freshly cooked western and local dishes. The open-air and casual atmosphere offers an idyllic setting to gather with friends and family for a fun night out. Feast, dance and sink your toes in the sand as the chefs fire-up the grill at the beachfront BBQ buffet dinner that starts from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on the first Saturday night of every month. Prices start from THB 1,400 net per person with free flow juices and soft drinks; and THB 2,000 net per person with free flow draft beer and wines.

 

Authentically Thai every Saturday at The Market Restaurant

 

Rediscover traditional recipes and treasured local flavours at the ‘Authentically Thai’ buffet dinner held every Saturday (except the first Saturday of the month) at The Market Restaurant. Rustic home-cooked dishes are revived from recipes handed down for generations that are pooled together by the hotel’s brigade of Thai chefs. A well-chosen representation of over 40 dishes, try unspoilt classics namely Thai spicy green papaya salad, red pork curry, green chicken curry and coconut chicken soup with Thai herbs. At the live cooking stations, popular favorites such as chicken or pork satay skewers with peanut sauce, grilled chicken and pork with steamed sticky rice and the famous dish of Phad Thai are cooked to order in a blazing wok over high flames. Those with a sweet tooth are promised a luscious finale with an extensive line up of local desserts like Sang Kaya, Tako, banana in coconut milk and many more along with a selection of western choices. The ‘Authentically Thai’ buffet dinner costs THB 1,000 per person with free flow juices and soft drinks and THB1,888 net per person with free flow draft beer and wines, and starts from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. every Saturday (except the first Saturday of the month).

#TGIF (Thank God it’s Friday) celebrations are even better with mouth-watering choices of some all-time favorites from all over the globe. The every Friday buffet dinner features a comprehensive selection from juicy roast meats and western choices including crusted striploin, lamb leg natural jus and roasted vegetable or explore the oriental highlights like beef steak with sautéed mushroom and red wine to grilled salmon with fennel butter lemon sauce. The fitting finale to the perfect meal is an impressive dessert spread with over 12 dessert choices. The sumptuous dinner buffet is priced at THB 1,000 net per person with free flow juices and softs; and THB 1,888 net per person with free flow draft beer and wines.
