Right! If the OP seriously needs advise on his health, (being tired all the time), he would need to reveal his daily activities, much or none. Otherwise, not much can be advised here.

More salt in the food, yeah, I told my tgf to do just that, but it ended meself doing the cooking. :o

This is actually very simple. If the problem has been persistent for more than 2 weeks, if it came on gradually over time then you need to get some blood work done. If it hit you overnight then chances are it is probably a virus but still go and get checked out. It is not that expensive to do, I was in Camillian hospital on Thong lo a few weeks ago with a persistent high fever. They did a CBC (complete blood count) and a urinalysis. Add the emergency room fees and medications to that and the total bill came to 685 baht.

good sleep helps with fatigue, as in restful, quality sleep...fitfull sleep ain't worth a shit...look ta see if there are any stress related issues that may interfere with good nights rest, ye gotta deal with them first...

bad sleep an' de associated fatigue can really <deleted> wid yer health...recently I got home from 3 years of harsh working conditions (3-4 hours max bad sleep per night) an' stayed in bed for two months; couldn't eat, couldn't shit an' was borderline sexually dysfunctional...sleeping disorders can be hard to deal with but sumtimes there is no other way...
