Why not get s a TRAFFIC warden force as like in the UK??

There's plenty of cops in Pattaya; none of them work at night; none of them work at weekends; few are willing to leave their A/C offices except for stick-ups at month end.  There is a branch of Thai policing specifically for traffic called the tesakit.  They don't work either.

I don't know if that is true or not. It seems there are quite a lot of them about during the day, setting up their money making road checks. But the tale I got was that the Pattaya police budget and its limits was based on the registered population of Pattaya. Obviously this is far far less than reality as most are tourists, Expats or local visitors.
