May 17, 20196 yr It is accepted by most offices. There may be some that have their own form. The same form is on the immigration website.

Visas are never transferred, regardless of type. Your permission to stay and any extensions (including those based on retirement) are transferred. The same form is used regardless of the type of permission to stay and extensions (if any) in your old passport.
May 18, 20196 yr I did this at Jomtien 3 weeks ago. Just to mention they did ask me for the Embassy letter requesting the transfers be made.
