Transfer stamp to new passport

I use Jomtien IO. The form I have downloaded from the templates in the pinned topics is addressed to Bangkok Office.

Is it the standard form that is used by all offices.?

It is accepted by most offices. There may be some that have their own form.

The same form is on the immigration website.

The reception staff at Jomtien will give you the correct form, if one is even required.

It is not entirely clear what you mean by "retirement visa". Visas are never transferred, regardless of type. Your permission to stay and any extensions (including those based on retirement) are transferred. The same form is used regardless of the type of permission to stay and extensions (if any) in your old passport.

I did this at Jomtien 3 weeks ago. Just to mention they did ask me for the Embassy letter requesting the transfers be made.
