Not sure about quality, but Boots has some of those paper face masks.

Maybe a bicycle store could help......?

Used to wear a gas mask when I was riding my bicycle from Wongwienyai to Sukhumvit. Bought my mask from Klong Thom not far from Rongpayabal Klang (Central Hospital) near Worachak. My had two charcoal filters which I changed using cheap activated charcoal. Worked for me but you would look kind of goofy.
