I have a quick question. I sign up to make an appointment but as usual there is a problem.

I registered an did not ask for a password but now if I want to login, I need a password. 

Any advice to this, or should I just go somewhere else then?

maybe you can reset or request the password

I tried mate, but it does not work. When you register they don't give you an option for a password but when you login, they request it.

When you register they send you an email with a temporary password to use and then change.

Check you email inbox for a email from support <at> thaivisavientiane.com.

you get an option to reset the password. Use that

How could he reset a password he never had. A temporary password is sent by email when you complete the registration and then it can be changed.
