This means it is almost opposite the Axis condo...

It is like saying it intersects the great capitals of London and Edinburgh and finding yourself in Solihull. Might depend how far down soi 15 it is.

That's right. It is the large area directly opposite the Axis.

When the Axis was being built I often wondered if people buying on the Thappraya Road side of that building (which currently has a pretty good city/sea view) ever thought about what would happen when the land opposite was developed.

Those who bought in the Olympus Whatsit may be thinking the same now that they have started driving piles for the Millennium Whatsit opposite.

These prices are even higher than in Bangkok.

Thais will be queuing up ....

(or maybe not)....

Compared to other Thai cities it is much better Jomtien has its own micro-climate with winds coming in off the sea and circling around the bay. It can feel fresh and 'clean' in Jomtiem when it feels hot and foetid in Pattaya. My wife has a serious snoring problem in the UK when we stay in our Jomtiem facing 15th floor condo during the high season for 3 months it clears up.

There is no micro climate in Jomtien any different than Pattaya.... look at some 2.5 pollution maps they go all the way from Bangkok to Rayong all along the coast and it even extends over the water... sorry but you are not immune.  And the pollution was so bad this last high season one could not see Koh Larn 90 percent of the time.

Yeah its across the axis.

Also that open land plot belonged to the axis owner who Actually started out in the chicken industry.

Did he sold his plot or will he develop the new skyscraper himself?  If he built himself yeah then he blocking his own development.
