I thought that kind of drugs were available in the pharmacies.

 

I noticed in a health shop that they sell a huge variety of traditional kind of Chinese stuff for that, but I got no idea if it works. However, some natural products should have good effects, and well as stimulant exercise – I only know of Danish articles and instruction, will check later if available in English language – perhaps you could check with Google.

Most of the mom & pop pharmacies in Lamai carry all mentioned.

I am sure that you do not need to be reminded, but just in case - beware of fakes.

 

I only use the pharmacist on the corner after Big Buddha heading towards Choengmon.

 

When I buy my meds from her, she always asks me 'Do you want cheap fakes or the real ones?'

Unfortunately the main interesting source – a book for self training, and a training work shop – is only available in Danish language, but a bit similar scientific study is here in English.

 

Another helper might be pomegranate juice, might not harm to try some...????

Never tried the Thai product "Sidagra"  Cheaper and better than most. Available at many chemist.
