Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha announced today that there are no more changes to the cabinet line-up required and pleaded with all parties concerned with government formation to stop bickering and allow the country to move forward.

Speaking to the Thai media at the G20 summit in Osaka, Japan, the Prime Minister said that the cabinet list had been finalized, with each individual being checked by the secretary-general of the cabinet to make sure that their qualifications meet the legal requirements, after which the list will be submitted to the Palace for Royal approval.

After there is a Royal Command endorsing the cabinet list, the government will have 15 days to present its policy statement to parliament, said the prime minister.

There is no confirmation process involving the hand picked senate?

Is it as simple a process as the PM names those cabinet members he is instructed to choose and that is it?

Like "due process" ?  You know we are talking about a Thai coup leader who feels he is exalted, superior and can do no wrong?

If that is the case there are bound to be dissenters in the multi party coalition who did not get their promised place at the trough. Wonder if the 2 P's have an alternative to section 44, I think they are going to need it.

LOL, didn't have a cabinet yet, and, is it still or already..., playing more wickedly dirty games than while buying off(!), kind of, a majority of greedy pawns and traitors!

And then read the pile of bull this self-imbued (mak-mak!) pea brain (peas are green, like ..., isn't it?) dictator 'airs' (through the mouth, for now) about the EU and blah-blah, ...while he would not even have been invited to wash the dishes in Osaka, when Thailand would not for now preside the gathering of dictators presently called ASEAN! My only hope at the time is that a vast, huge, majority of Thai citizens do realise this is, all, BS!

Finlandia is the Vodka I use the most in cocktails, but could you stop after killing the first bottle, before writing to us about you opinions, which actually, once 'decrypted', seem to make quite some sense? Thank you!

Perhaps his own qualifications should be reviewed as well.

What 'qualifications'? He 'was' an army general, isn't that enough qualification for you, hmm, need some re-adjustment camp maybe, hmm, what's your head made of, hardstone or what, 'porphyry', hmm? What about your visa, hmm? LOL!

Since when did you respect the voice of the majority of Thai citizens ? How many times do they have to vote for your friend Thaksin for you to accept this ?

And you've just submitted god knows how many posts decrying the mention of thaksin.

But of course it's easy to understand; you really like to try to make the posting rules but they don't apply you.

Perhaps you need to take your own advice about reading ... the poster has criticized the paymaster on numerous occasions.
