I suspect I may be pissing into the wind here but; any way to find out about land sales or planning permissions granted to developers? 

 

I would like to make sure that there is no immediate construction planned next door to a condo I plan to purchase.

Well you can do due diligence on the bordering chanotes and see when they changed hands, in the land office. Something that is done BEFORE you buy usually anyway.

 

Building permissions, not sure but if you ask them nicely they might tell you.

A lot will depend on where the condo is. is it a new development. existing condo, beach side etc etc.
