Try and educate yourself before he even got into this he was a successful real estate investor with 7 properties then he started the EDL

Nice try but he was a self made man who now has to spend hundreds of thousands on BS court cases

That would account for the mortgage fraud.  Anyway just said the boy done good. If he obeyed the law he could avoid wasting his money. Not difficult it is.

You just DONT GET IT

Please look up his first trial APPEAL where he was set free because he was ILLEGALLY JAILED.

The judge said in ENGLISH that nothing TR did put the trial in jeopardy

You can ignore that all you want but it is in court document and is a DIRECT QUOTE from the judges verdict when setting TR free from jail

Direct link to this direct quote?

(Not link To Yaxley-Lennon or one of his supporters claiming that is what the judge said).

Disgraceful decision. Judiciary in England no longer to be trusted, sadly. One law for the rich, another for the poor. It was ever thus, but now even more so.

I repeat, by his own admission when Yaxley-Lennon asked if the order was still in place he was told to check with the court office; he chose not to do so.

He is guilty of contempt not because he filmed outside the court, but because he filmed and named the defendants. That is the action which broke the reporting restrictions.

Repeat all you like, its the duty of the court staff to clearly write all Court reporting restrictions on the court door along with a list of all the other court details and I do believe that Tommy did indeed inquire about any reporting  restrictions and he wasnt informed that there were any in place

FINALLY YOU ADMIT I WAS RIGHT

he was not released on a technicality HIS CONVICTION was quashed as it was all deemed illegal and him being jailed was illegal JUST LISTEN TO THE JUDGE'S VERDICT.

He was then re tried on DIFFERENT CHARGES one being causing alarm and distress to the convicted child rapists as well as another angle on the contempt charges.

It was a stitch up clear and simple
Its all a stitch-up on the far-right Conspiracy Theory websites. One thing after another. There will be a few of them hanging on waiting for their latest hero Tommy Robinson to complete his term as guest of HM.

Not quite successful mortgage fraud resulting in a term as guest of HM.

Common criminal suffers the consequences of his own actions.

What’s not to like?!

Nothing providing all common criminals, especially those working in parliament, the civil service and the justice system are treated similarly in accordance with the law.

Unfortunately, if you read other recent cases in the UK, it seems the UK's much vaunted Justice System is becoming subject to political correctness and separate rules for "elites".

I read that the mortgage 'fraud" was down to him lending 20k to his brother-in-law who didn't declare it as a loan but paid it as his own deposit to the mortgage lender.

A common practice thing and one in which conveyancing solicitors will normally pick up on and correct.

Not so much left and right. But the wider politically correct agendas do seem to be getting favorable treatment in the justice system; as do those in prominent social positions. More so than before - or maybe just better information channels now, not sure?

The real right wing nuts think he is a paid agent of the intelligence services. Or useful idiot for keeping an eye on the nutters rather like his alter-ego Anjem Choudry. Both went rogue.....

This dilemma is a uniquely British dilemma with Robinson and absolutely would never happen in the US. Why? Because  anyone is free to voice their opinion publicly and on social media without fear of being charged with a crime or causing a silly mistrial.

Decent normal people in any country who oppose paedophilia should be praising TR not celebrating his imprisonment.

In the video, TR politely asked the defendants about what were they in Court for and how they thought the verdicts would go and wasnt confrontational .

So what do you call suggesting those watching his live stream, not video, take vigilante action against the accused? Because that's what he did.

No he didn't call for vigilante action. The media lied that he did and you repeated it. See here for more:

Wonder who would win in a Tommy - Sharky fight ?

Timmy would eat Tommy and spit him out in the first round,Tommy is a English footy yob, they only fight when it's 6 on to 1 or 26 on to 6,go on utube and watch the Russians do them in Marseille when the Russians were hugely out numbered, most English ran, only good windmilling and drinking, for those who don't know windmilling is when they wave their arms around trying to look hard but with no intention of actually doing any .fighting

I think you’ll find the burdensome requirements are only for legal immigrants. Certainly not for immigrants from the E.u
