I'm speaking of the underpass connecting to the river road. It goes with the flow one way am and pm.

 

Anyone know the times? I've been caught before and coming in have to turn left all the way to the hang dong road area to U turn. Too far

oops, maybe right.  I thought it was peak times, so always avoided.

Two way 8:30am three times last month, only tried 3 times.

They certainly were doing this last school term. ending in March (19). Fact. 

I'll check this week,

1700 - 1730

The hours are posted on the no turn left/right signs that the police set up when they make it a one way road.

Haha so one can only see the one way hours when one way is in force and one's already stuck .?!
There’s logic there somewhere.
