Thai couple set to iron out their differences with the police

Thai Rath reported that a 30 year old man from Nan called Chatchalerm Khunnasombat was hit by an iron hurled from the fourth floor of a block of flats in Phrapradaeng.

The person who threw it was his wife Julalak.

Chatchelerm, who needed ten stitches at a local hospital, told reporters that he and his wife had been having a marital dispute.

She wanted to go out but he said she had to look after the baby.

A fight developed and he decided to go and cool off by walking outside.

It was lucky he was hit and not children playing nearby, said Chatchalerm.

The local police have called in the husband and wife to try and iron out their problems.

"The local police have called in the husband and wife to try and iron out their problems."

I'm glad they're not pressing charges.

Good shot from the 4th floor.  If he's smart he will listen next time.

Yep, the wife could not go out, but as soon he wished to leave he could do. What a man, isn´t he? He should have been having 2 irons in the head.

She could bowl for England.

She could; being English isn't a neccessary qualification. The recent World Cup winners included a West Indian, a Kiwi, a South African and an Irish captain. Sounds like a pirate ship's crew.

Attempted murder would seem an appropriate charge to me, but TIT.

I trust the BiB will treat this as a pressing matter and not just smooth it over.

And if he isn't, there won't be a next time - for him.

Maybe she missed with the first iron and nailed him with the second.... ???? :cheesy:

Are you sure she wasn't playing golf?

Iron looks like it belongs in a museum

I find no humour in the pain, misery and misfortune of others. Those that do, I wish them well...well far from me.

I wonder if they gonna use that iron stiil? With all that tape around the wire it does not look safe.
