Only the witnesses are missing but in the other Journal it is annouced that a PPRP MP has offered 100,000 Bath to anyone who can lead to the culprits? Are the witnesses already scheduled?

Lives? I'm not so sure they are as important in the East as they seem to be in the West.  There is an absolute slaughter on the roads of Thailand, drugs, and jealous boyfriends/husbands, technical school gang fights ; life isn't viewed quite the same in the East.
