If you are want a course that has a certificate at the end of it, I don't know, but I would also be interested so will look back on here from time to time. Please PM me if you come by one.

If your looking to learn it I found these to be very useful

http://teachthai.com/ was better for learning the alphabet.

Advice. Get a good thai friend to buy you some basic childrens books and help you with them. Your Thai will progress slowely, but it will be more thorough than most western speakers of Thai. IE more than buying a meal a beer, asking how much, and saying mai pen rai!
