Many might think she is a bar girl. Even farangs with older Thai looking kids might have a problem. And if you walk with a young looking guy the people might think you are a gay even if it is your son. And if your children are younger the people might think you are a pedophile. You will not have the same thinking in western countries. But there is a reason why people think here differently. Took me three months before she would come to a movie alone and it was always day time. She does not drink. She always had company with her till we got engaged. Women tend to have a fifth sense. Most can tell straight off if you're on the straight and narrow or just out for a bit of fun.
