Is Mirtazapine available in Pattaya surrounds ??

Featured Replies

Is it a known drug in Thailand or a generic available  ??  Grateful if anyone can assist GPs in UK are now getting very strict of doling out more than one standard prescription.  (in our surgery including tramadol now only 2 weeks at a time)

It is available in Thailand without prescription under 3 brand names:

Remeron (import, expensive)

Zamir

Zymron

The last 2 are locally made so will cost much less

in terms of where to find, try Fascino on North Pattaya Road.

Thank you very much....

  • 1 month later...

I went to Bangkok Pattaya hospital to see a doctor there, he prescribed Remeron Soltab which cost around 12k baht for 90 x 45mg so (they only had it in 15mg and 30mg so had to have 90 of each). That should give people a frame of reference for comparison. I’ll try the other brands at Fascino next. Thanks for the information Sheryl.
