Picture: Sanook New education minister Nataphol Teepsuwan is attempting to rein in students in Thailand. He want two things - violence between warring teens to stop and young ladies to stop wearing their skirts too short and sexy. He seems to be saying that the first is dangerous and the second is obscene. Thai caption: No more violent arguments Old regulations have been replaced with new directives from the ministry and were announced in the Government Gazette. The ministry explained that it was time that the regulations caught up with the times. Yep, the totally inadequate educational system itself comes up every so often as well- and then nothing changes. Remember when Ms. Yingluck put her PM uniform on resplendent with medals. And even her little lad had a uniform and a medal! Wonder what those medals were for?
