The 'Trailblazer Perfect Edition' is strictly cosmetics.

We bought a Chevy Trailblazer 2.8 LTZ 4WD early in 2015 and put 60,000 km on the odometer since, most of that on long haul trips.

We had the front suspension problem (spring support) done under warranty, we are on the third battery, and we had a minor coolant leak fixed at the oil cooler. I would not call it a paragon of reliability, but we never got stranded and the problems were minor and always well taken care of by the dealer. I am contemplating selling it.......let the bidding begin ????

Those cosmetics are why we bought it, sensors all around help with blind spot and collision avoidance. Remote start is just nice to have. Automatic windshield wipers work really good, the stray from your lane alarm is annoying but as I am now driving on the OTHER side of the road we play a game to keep that sensor from talking to me....Didn't want 4x4 but wife did and she is ALWAYS right....So far the 2.5 liter duramax turbo gets about 35 MPG on highway, 15Klicks per liter. Got enough pep for a 66 yr old fulong to drive. Its a tad stiff but a comfortable ride that sits fairly high. Now if the Chiangmai dealer would cough up a manual in English or someone could point me to where we can find one I would be grateful. I also think Perfect is a stupid name but that ain't why we bought it. Now I think the fanfare during delivery to Mae Taeng was a bit over the top but hay they delivered it... and we like it.

aside from a glitch in Nav system they replaced so far this has been a good vehicle. Wish I could have went smaller but after sticking wheelchair and a cooler in the back, it all barely fits. Mileage is pretty good, averages 13 kpl. Wish I had a manual in English, thats been a issue.

When we got our Trailblazer I insisted to get an English manual - it took them a few weeks, but we got one.

They are available as this model is exported to several countries, including Australia.

Finally after 3 months and numerous emails I did receive the Manual in English on 26 Dec, Merry Christmas....

Am impressed with the things I found in manual so far.  Hold remote unlock for 4 seconds and all the windows roll down, the descent engine thing works great thru the mountains in North. All in all I am so far happy with this and I have been a Toyota die hard for 40 years. Getting 35 MPG or 15+ KPL on mileage and the little 2.5 turbo scoots along well.  The sensors keep me focused and the sound system keeps wife yelling turn that down.. This part of retirement has been good, now find a house to live in has been a whole other story, see the pictures, get all excited and find the property has been abandoned for years or neglected beyond belief. Look I got pics when I was 23 an sexy boy, I'm 67 and old decrepit fulong with old Thai wife but I don't try an show our wedding pics as now... House hunting north of Chiangmai.....
