Wakeboarding On Kpg

Featured Replies

hi there, i am looking for contact info for anyone who does wakebaording on KPG.

All I can find on the web is Phangan Adventure in Chaloklum, and i would like to suss out other options before comitting.

i also know of a jamie who rund Wakeup! out of chaloklam though i cannot find a contact. one would be much appreciated.

We are looking to ride a minimum of 5 days from the 9th and 13th april. We are 3 people so we will be looking at 1 to 1.5 hours in he boat per day. This will likely grow to 7 days or more.

the boat will have to supply the equpment so we dont have to lug alot of gear. 1 thai female, 1 guy with big feet, one guy with medium feet, both approximately 70 kgs. we will need vests as well. so we will need a minimum of two different boards, maybe three depending on the bindings.

As i have said we are serious about the daily run and once we have booked we dont want to mess around with excuses etc. we want to set set a time and ride. a deposit is definitely possible, though we would expect the equipment and boat to be proper.

thanks for your help.

cheers

Lotus Diving is the place you are talking about. Only place in Chaloklum that I know of anyway. (same thing as Phangan Adventure)

There used to be a guy in Hadrin but I don't think he does it anymore and my husband used to do it as well, but sold his boat and gear last year. (gas too expensive, maintenance costs too high, too few people willing to pay the price).

AFAIK, that's the only place anymore.

thanks sbk, looks like lotus it is. There were ads for wake up! running in december and we spoke to a jamie, but the weather was too rough so didn't bother. guess he gave up too.

Hello T.S.

Do use Jamie at Wake Up, he is still in buisness, his number is 0872836755.

He also has a restaurant / office in Chaloklum which is also called Wake Up, on the right hand side coming into Chaloklum from Mae Haad just after the Woodstock Bar

I thoroughly recomend Jamie as his boat is properly equiped for wake boarding, ie wake tower, fat sac, quality boards and bindings etc........... unlike the competition.

Cheers

I would be able to accomodate that as well. I've just started a new company called Island Discovery. I'm located in Ban Tai on Koh Phangan. I've got a 27foot 200hp speed boat that has all the goodies. Give me a call at 087-0690036 or you can email me at [email protected].
