I said give me a few reasons that security at Suvarnabhumi will accept.

Suvarnabhumi is an airport.  It's not something that can accept or deny.

You got one and the only one: "Perhaps I don't want to be radiated except when I go to the doctor for something medical."

Full Stop.

You must have been in great haste to provide a snarky response, as you apparently missed it.

You get a much higher dose of radiation during the flight.

So once you've avoided the scanner do you refuse to board the plane?

I always allow  a full body scan.

Safety first, and if possible a strip search but only if done by one of those cute female officers in military uniform.  The Uniform enhances the experience!!

also a cavity search if I am in the mood.

Was standing around watching the scans near a lady and her daughter. Her daughter looked at the screen and said; "Look mommy, that lady has a tail".  ???? got to love the honesty of kids.
