My car was caught speeding somewhere in the boonies of Isaan 3 months ago.

It was a fair cop and I, was issued a roadside ticket.

According to the wife, the cop issued instructions that we could pay the fine at the bank or a post office but failure to do so would flag it up at the road tax office when it was due.

I had forgotten about it until recently and of course the speeding ticket has vanished.

Do I wait until the tax is due and pay what they ask then(December) or go to the cop shop armed only with my licence plate number and waste time explaining the story again.?

Wait 6-10 days and the ticket will appear, that is what just happened with the missing kitchen flashlight, 8 days.

Go in time to pay tax and see what happens.

Can't be much worse than paying the fine then maybe with a penalty.

I doubt that police stations are already networked so that you can pay at CM police with just the number plate.

Yes I have been watching Penn and Teller and realise nothing disappears.

But hoping a flashlight turns up because I dont have one of them.
