Travel insurance WW for Thai including motorbike accident?

Non of the insurance companies we have talket about, will insure my thai gf since she is crossing the border from Thailand on a motorbike. If she cross the border with a plane, buss etc, she is covered, but not if she crossing the border with a bike. 

 

Anyone have experience, and know which company would do a adventure explorer travel insurance for a Thai? She will also travel other places than Asia included Schengen and outside Schengen. Must be schengen granted as well.
