Almost all of the Caribbean, most of the small Pacific Islands  Fiji in particular. Croatia has wonderfully clean areas and beaches and is cheap. North eastern seaboard of the US.  Northern California.  The coast of Oragan, Washington State.  Middle coast of Australia, between Melbourne and Perth ( and that's a long long beach line), New Zealand's coast.  I could go on, but that's enough for now.

Nice to promote Oz, but Middle Coast? You mean just south of the Nullarbor ,hardly holiday territory.

Interesting breaches and sea there though.  More for the adventurer I agree. The only beach debris that I saw was natural.
