Power outage today, took about 2 hours to clear

Featured Replies

I'm on South Buakao. I've noticed these outages quite reliably take about 2 hours to clear. Anyone know why that is? I experience these maybe 3 times per year.

Congratulations on getting permission to stay Hal. Power failures should be the least of your worries.

Most of it is probably getting the staff and vehicles through Pattaya traffic to the site of the problem.

Ten years ago there were quite a few power outages in the Jomtien area. But we seem to get very few now.

When I first moved to South Pattaya road  we would get at least one power cut almost every day...they upgraded the  high power lines but it didn't help much until eventually they installed a sub station near to Tony's Gym on South Pattaya road and supply became much better.
