For 20th October Agoda are still offering Hop Inn for the budget conscious @ 600 Baht; for a more ostentatious stay you can't go wrong with Best Western @ 1,062 Baht - or spoil yourself in deluxe for 1.232 Baht.

Neither are close to the i-Mobile stadium but the Amari Buriram United has long since sold out.

what? Sold out? I can alwys just walk in down here and get a ticket, what kind of BS is this, sold out? Where do I see a scalper then? If I wear my Port jersey, will the Buriram fans beat me to death with sticks to the point that my child will not recognize the bundle of bloody flesh that was once a man?

I dont listen to the words, sold out. This needs to be worked on.

They are an amiable bunch in Buriram - even those with an affinity to Stamford Bridge.

I heard that a good relationship exists between Buriram and Port fans  -  if you are looking for a scrap you will have more chance wearing Muang Thong Utd shirt.

I think Grab have been run out of town but a motocy taxi is never far away.

A word of advice - avoid the Chang bar just outside the ground - last time I never made it inside the ground.

Some short-time rooms in "Mucky Street".

Contact Thai Visa Poster of the Year, Colin,  for more details of that area - I believe he has previous. ????

that there are giant pillars going up  Rama III and they are tearing up the middle of the street and all the way down Sunthon Kosa, is their some type of skytrain line going through there, or is a flyover @Crossy?

Not sure exactly where you are, but that could be the Yellow Line (monorail).

the 3 or 4 way where Sunthon Kosa meets Rama III. One long block south of Rama III and IV intersection. From the intersection of Rama III ands Sunthon, you walk north to Rama IV then Queen Sirikit is about 300M from there. Or Khlong Toey MRT walk north to Rama IV and chuck a left, about 500 meters.

Im not a good sports photog, I should really be packing a 800mm FF instead of a M43 200 (400 eqiv). But then again I dont have to walk around with that lenspig on my back. Screw that.
