Does anyone know an inexpensive Notary in Pattaya?

I have 4 documents that need to be notarized to open an account.  I went to a service near Jomtien Immigration  they wanted $1,000 THB per page.  Does anyone know a notary service that is reasonable? 

I have used Thai-Euro Legal Office in the past for notary services.  Their office is opposite the Big C car park soi entrance just off the junction of Sukhumvit and South Pattaya Road.

 

They charged me Baht500 per page last time I used them about a year back. Ms Rena is the point of contact.
