You can see the problem.  Anywhere in the Pattaya area that could re-upholster this dining chair?  Dark side preferred but can travel.

I can't help you with the name and address of an upholsterer, but if you turn the chair over, you can probably unscrew the seat part of the chair and you can transport that, rather than the whole chair.

 

Apologies if that was obvious to you. 

Quick Google Maps brings up this - sofa repair places are the people that do such work.

Apparently in Soi Khao Noi somewhere. They have just fixed a load of dining chairs for me.

Probably need to speak Thai. 

There is a shop on South Pattaya Road, north side of the street, about at Soi 14.
