I was too busy jumping with ecstatic joy and happiness over this fantastic news:- "He was a sick and depraved man and now he’s gone,” It went on to say, "The thug who tried so hard to intimidate others spent his last moments in utter fear, in total panic and dread, terrified of the American forces bearing down upon him," he said. "He was a sick and depraved man, and now he's gone," Mr Trump died like a dog, he died like a coward." And then I re-read it and felt depressed because I mis-read it. Mr. Trump SAID, He died like.... I could have cried. I do appreciate your "sick" sense of humour for a Monday morning. Thank you. 2

And I don't recall Obama gloating after the bin Laden raid. But a peacock is a peacock ! There will be reprisals in many places. Also Christmas is coming and it is a special time for muslims to murder Christians. So we can expect a lot of bloodshed especially in Europe. 1

The outpouring of hatred and abuse against President Trump who has done more for peace and prosperity in the Middle East than the last dozen presidents combined, yes, that is encouraging the remnants of ISIS too. People ought to be ashamed of their behavior following this incredible result by Trump. Full credit is due to him, anything else is encouraging terrorists. Brilliant, and may I add to all of those who are sympathizing with the fanatical ISIS leader, may you and your families cry and suffer the same as the one's you viciously beheaded and burned. I think the military is one step ahead of these thugs and is already prepared to thwart their evil response Edited October 28, 2019 by riclag 3 3

Popular Post Silurian
The blabber mouth just couldn't help himself to give away sensitive military operations that could hinder future raids and plans. Yet another example of Donald's grandstanding at the cost of others (especially the US Military or US Intelligence officials). Typical. How Trump gabbed too much about the ISIS raid Quote President Donald Trump’s announcement of the death of ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi revealed a slew of sensitive details about the secret military operation that could imperil future raids, special operations and intelligence, veterans fear. Popular Post DannyCarlton
Two good things came out about Trump during his press conference. 1. He oversaw the operation to take out the most evil man in the Middle East. 2. His honesty. Had no compunctions about admitting that it's all about the oil. He isn't withdrawing all troups from Syrtia, he's leaving a contingent to guard the Syrian oilfields as he now claims that they belong to the US and that the US will make many billions from the oil. Went on at length to justify that claim. It formed a major part of the press conference, Trump continually returned to it, yet not mentioned in the OP or anywhere in this thread. At last an American president has admitted that the US involvement in the Middle East and the deaths of thousands of US troups are all about the oil. 2 1

Popular Post Truthhurts
Ironic that this president is bragging about this operation and describing the deceased as depraved and cowardly. The same coward who was too frightened to go to Vietnam and got daddy to get a doctors note to excuse him. What a pathetic, disgusting hypocritical piece of dog5hit this man ( I use the term loosely ) trump is. Hypocrisy comes naturally to him. The same man ( to keep good with the god squad ) denying right to choose for women but for whom it is common knowledge he is a big supporter of private abortions. ISIS, like many other terrorist groups can be likened to the Lernaean Hydra or Hydra. Every time a head is chopped off, 2 more grew in its place. For every terrorist leader killed like this guy Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi and Osama Bin Laden were killed someone else took their place and the terrorism doesn.t stop. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lernaean_Hydra Lernaean Hydra or Hydra of Lerna (Greek: Λερναῖα Ὕδρα, Lernaîa Hýdra), more often known simply as the Hydra, is a serpentine water monster in Greek and Roman mythology. Its lair was the lake of Lerna in the Argolid, which was also the site of the myth of the Danaïdes. Lerna was reputed to be an entrance to the Underworld,[1] and archaeology has established it as a sacred site older than Mycenaean Argos. In the canonical Hydra myth, the monster is killed by Heracles (Hercules) as the second of his Twelve Labors.[2] According to Hesiod, the Hydra was the offspring of Typhon and Echidna.[3] It had poisonous breath and blood so virulent that even its scent was deadly.[4] The Hydra possessed many heads, the exact number of which varies according to the source. Later versions of the Hydra story add a regeneration feature to the monster: for every head chopped off, the Hydra would regrow two heads.[5] Heracles required the assistance of his nephew Iolaus to cut off all of the monster's heads and burn the neck using sword and fire.[6]

"Back in March, America’s closest allies in Syria were telling the world where Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi was. If Team Trump found the information valuable, they didn’t show it." The damage that will result from the collapse of the detention centers in the Kurdish areas might well greatly outweigh the benefit of Baghdadi’s killing. 1 1
