I passed through BKK yesterday despite what appeared to be a long queue it took approx 15 minutes to get to the luggage carousel. A nice smiling IO to boot.

Looks like they are all in Don Mueang Airport BKK. Friend of mine just came back from a trip to Vietnam and said they carted several peeps off in front of him, as he went through passport check. Seems that they didn't have the correct visa or paperwork. Oh and no Bu//er smiled. The Norm for I/Officers here.
