Can anyone tell me how to fill out the tm3o, me and my Thai wife live in the UK. we have two condos in Thailand where we stay when on holiday, so on the form it says present address is that the address in the UK or address in Thailand. thanks in advance

You only file a TM30 within 24 hours of arriving at the address in Thailand. So it would be the condo you use. 

The first line of the address would be the owners/landlords address, the second line would be the address the foreigner stays at.

If you as the owner/landlord/ possessor stay at the same address then you complete the same address on both lines.
