Thaivisa notes that more than 4 million Koreans have the surname Park, amounting to about one in twelve of the population.

So, if Park did not Park his car, he wouldn't have been stabbed by Park.  ????

That all depends on the park where Park has parked his car.

Would someone please explain what a red plate means in this case?  Is it a diplomat's plate?

So both of these guys are not tourists?  Why pass it to the tourist police?

Maybe the culprit escaped LOS by getting a bunch of Korean friends together and passing themselves off as a boy band.

of course there was more than one,  only time you see one on one is when they are beating the <deleted> out of their girlfriend/wife, and a- holes standing by videoing it,

I totally agree, but if anybody interfering the wife-beater it's 90% possible that both will attack the "rescuer".

We live in a 3. world country and need to accept their stone-age mentality.

In Thailand, Mel Gibson's movie is adjusted a little, when an assailant is not known.  They just grab a Burmese laborer and fabricate a case against them.  Then, collect the reward, and declare Thailand a safe tourist destination again.  ????

That's a big win win for TOT and RTP every time, and the thai perpetrator can keep on with his serial killings.
