Government Savings Bank (GSB) will temporarily close down some of its services namely CBS, ESB and MyMo for system maintenance on Saturday November 23 and again on Sunday November 24 between 1am and 8am (seven hours each day on both days), its president Chatchai Payuhanaveechai said on Tuesday (November 19).

“During the down time, customers will not be able to use the following GSB services at the branches: MyMo, Internet Banking, Corporate Internet Banking, PromptPay,” he said. “This also includes services at the ATM, ADM, VTM, Passbook kiosks, Counter Service, and automatic top-up kiosks.”

“All GSB ATM cards, debit cards, foreign money transfers to GSB accountห, FastFunds, and online bill payment via MyMo e.g. power bill and phone bill will also be unavailable during said time,” Chatchai added.

“The bank would like to apologise for any inconvenience and promises that the system maintenance will help improve its the quality and stability of its services even further,” he said. “Should you have any questions, please contact us via www.gsb.or.th, GSB Line official account, Facebook: GSB Society or Call Center 1115.”
