The Cabinet will reveal the performance of each ministry in the past six months, the prime minister said at a meeting of ministry spokespersons on Friday (November 29).

Government Spokesperson Narumon Pinyosinwat said on Saturday (November 30) that the Office of the Spokesperson of the Office of the Prime Minister, which acts as secretary, will gather this information in order to prepare the presentation to Parliament, including informing the public about what each ministry has done and what benefits were delivered to the people.

“After we receive information from each ministry, we will categorise in each aspect such as social, economic and public welfare in order to make a presentation,” she said. “The prime minister and the deputy prime minister may also present the information, which may include infographics and video clips.”

She said the government has been working for four months, and each ministry already has performance results.

“The presentation will highlight 12 policies already announced in Parliament, while we will allow each ministry to add their topics to the presentation,” she said.

She added that the government would have completed six months in the middle of January next year. The presentation date has not been finalised yet.

The public can expect outpourings of, self-aggrandizement, pomposity and vanity mixed with a smatterings of conceit, narcissism and faux humbleness. Face preservation will take top priority.

It should be expected there will be extreme contortions of the truth and deliberate avoidance of controversial topics like the terrible road toll, legitimization of toxic poisons, decreasing exports and poor economic performance.

Government spokes person said, sadly the only think there is to report is falling exports, ministries failing in almost everything, but ministers bank accounts are in a very healthy bulging condition.

Hmmm... how about the PM's performance? ????????????  And let's go all the way back to May 2014, just prior to the illegal military coup, when Thailand used to be known as The Land of Smiles.
