Thai police and trading standards authorities swooped on a shop in Rayong that was selling illegal electronic cigarettes and merchandise.

Arrested was Thawit Buathong who admitted everything.

The authorities had received complaints about the GK Shop in Pluak Daeng flagrantly selling the products at the shop and over the phone contrary to the law.

Taken into evidence were e-cigarettes, chargers, batteries, vaping fluid, a phone and 2,000 baht in cash.

Selling it visible in the shop counter. This shop keeper must be the smartest guy on the planet.

The word's been out for a while now, no excuse for this. Som nom na.

I fail to see evidence of "swooping" in the picture.  Enlighten me, do Thai Police swoop differently from swoopers around the world?

I would more alerted, if I were McDonalds.  The Apple Pie in the picture looks much like what my boy bought last week.

I didn't see wings, capes, nor wires in the picture.  Are these not prerequisites for proper swooping?

A single E cigarette costs tourists 40,000 Bht

What will he get?

200 THb fine. Can't get blackmailed with deportation if you are thai.

In the france girls court order the fine was also way below 1000 THB. 40k is just the blackmailing amount.
