He hit a pedestrian with his motorbike. The injured party has 250,000 Baht owed to the hospital for his injuries and is seeking compensation from the family. He (the boy) does not have any insurance. She does not have custody of the child. Is there any liability on her part for the hospital debt? She is very worried that she must contribute to the debt...does she have to by law?
