That's the 2nd driver using the railway tracks in just a few days,

so interesting times ahead if when or ever they get the fast trains

in operation.I expect they will be fenced along both sides of the

track, but they will find a way to cross or even get onto the tracks.

If you look at the photo again, the concrete structure to the right is carrying a railway line.  HSR will also be above grade and the lowing herd and away from incapable drivers like this one. .

So he blindly followed the GPS anad didn't realized that he was driving on the railroad? He should stop drinking as he obviously can't handle alcohol.

I have a better idea for everyone, keep drinking and stop driving as he is obviously inept at that....

So the high speed railway, to Nong Khai or wherever it's going to the

North of Bangkok, will all be elevated ?  or did they cancel that project.

Not sure if it's cancelled but if you look at the pictures here you will see it's either elevated or completely separated/fenced from any access by vehicles or livestock. If the Chinese have anything to do with it, Somchai will not be driving his truck along the tracks at 3a.m.

driving along, getting headaches from Mrs throwing demands from the back seat...

come up to a rail line; stop on them, and I get out...

Mrs and sister yelling at me... 'Why you not drive off the rails??"

so I walked back, looked at them, in thru the side window, and replied...

" hey you've been driving me crazy from the back seat all day! - let's see you drive yourselves out of this one..."

GPS can be tricky as well. Last week my car GPS wanted me to turn right at an intersection. Problem was that I was reaching a one way motorway which was built in since the last update of the GPS and absolutely no sign prohibiting to take this way....... thanks god I have a bit of a brain and reacted the right way by going left and take the next U turn otherwise !!!!!!!!! I let you imagine the type of good excuse I would have had to provide the BIB if not dead in the face to face crash !!!!

Real men accept responsibility when they create problems. Real men are able to accept blame when they do something really dumb and inane. Real men behave like men, and not adolescents. Real men do not do everything in their power to deflect, blame, and distort the facts.

Small men do the opposite. Nothing is ever their fault.

They could be 30m above ground and Somchai will still find a way to drive on them.

True. Not so long ago a car flew through the top of a tree opposite my house. Driver fell asleep, as they do, pressed his foot down hard on the accelerator and then drove onto the bank on the side of the road which elevated him into the top of the tree. Easy if you know how ???? Better they put the trains underground. But then the tunnels would flood in the rainy season.
