Nunes has a history of filing nuisance law suits which invariably get dismissed.

Your comment doesn't refute that alanrchase's post was disinformation.

You seriously think Nunes will sue and gamble all the discoveries in court? Come on. Think.

What is Nunes guilty of that he would be afraid would come to light through discovery?

Disinformation.  Nunes states in this interview that Schiff subpoenaed his call records.  Nunes is in the process of putting a lawsuit together.  Don't think it would be possible to file a lawsuit claiming you were subpoenaed when you weren't.

Back to topic.

I'm eagerly awaiting the BS list of imaginary impeachment charges Nadler and the Dems come up with.  Should make for excellent joke fodder.

You are putting a lot of faith in Nunes telling the truth in the statements he has made.

The same Nunes running to the WH to show documents he had discovered (that were given to him by the WH).

And the same Nunes who has some explaining to do on why he spent circa $60K tax payer’s money on a trip to Vienna and the part he himself has played in Trump’s attempt to extort the Ukrainian President.

"I think the case we have, if presented to a jury, would be a guilty verdict in about three minutes flat," Nadler said.

He wishes it could be presented to a jury, but it's going to the senate. Bad luck Nadler. Try again after the election, if the Dems are still in charge of the house, and that's not a given.

Nothing to fear.

While the responses to Nunes have been hilarious thus far the topic here is articles of impeachment to be drawn up by Dems this week.  No libs here willing to take a guess as to what the charges will be?  In my opinion the Dems should simply fold now as any list they'll put up will be hilariously debunked by sane people in short order.

Let’s see if he follow through with the lawsuit. My gut feeling is he will not because he is guilty like hell. The court will give the chance for the Dem lawyers to expose more corruption.

I claimed up till a few days ago the Dems would not impeach Trump. Hopefully we are both wrong.
