  • And John Durham who is running the criminal investigation into this matter takes exception to the report's conclusion and predication.

Durham has already impaneled grand juries to seek criminal indictments. That means Durham is ignoring the Horowitz conclusions completely. He considers them wrong and therefore irrelevant.  Barr and Graham concur.

He can consider what he likes, including to impanel a Grand Jury but what he can’t do is make decisions based on a presumption of guilt.

Once again you demonstrate your lack of understanding of how the US justice system works.

Hannity explaining the degree of misfeasance and malfeasance verified in the IG report.  Worth your while to watch.

And to think that Durham's report will be worse.

Hannity, misfeasance and malfeasance do indeed belong in the same sentence.

You must be reading another report.

"The decision to seek to use this highly intrusive investigative technique was known and approved at multiple levels of the Department, including by then DAG Yates for the initial FISA application and first renewal, and by then Acting Attorney General Boente and then DAG Rosenstein for the second and third renewals, respectively. However, as we explain later, the Crossfire Hurricane team failed to inform Department officials of significant information that was available to the team at the time that the FISA applications were drafted and filed. Much of that information was inconsistent with, or undercut, the assertions contained in the FISA applications that were used to support probable cause and, in some instances, resulted in inaccurate information being included in the applications."

Not sure what that means to you but it's damning from my perspective.  How do you dress up this pig?

First off, my post had nothing to do with Trump's foreign policy regarding Saudi Arabia, North Korea, Russia, or China.

Secondly, your request is wholly off topic and I'm not about to waste my time only to get my post deleted.

Thirdly, don't expect me or anyone to defend someone's allegation when they provide no evidence in support of their allegation for which they demand someone defend.

Fourthly, I do not play like a fiddle.

And lastly, you did not attempt to address, refute, or otherwise debate anything in my post to which you replied.

And so? Come on. You can do better.

“don't expect me or anyone to defend someone's allegation when they provide no evidence in support of their allegation for which they demand someone defend.”

Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner slams Schiff's publishing of phone records (rightfully so).

"Folks, you have made Joe McCarthy (I assume people are familiar with him) look like a piker with what you've done with the electronic surveillance involved."

The Dems don't care how they achieve their goal of impeachment.  Anything goes, legal or illegal, self integrity be damned, morality be damned, honesty be damned, honour be damned . . . just get Trump!  Sickening, ain't it?

Removed a troll post with an unsubstantiated allegation that others were paid to post, the replies were removed as well.  If you have any actual evidence please forward it to support. If it's just a lame debating tactic, further references like that may find you without posting rights.

Not to worry, the leftists on TV will pretend that the investigation was legit as well as the dirty tactics and entrapment attempts.

The Durham investigation has wide scope and substantial powers to expose these foolish attempts for the biased government hacks they are.

Tick toc. Pucker up. This is going to be fun to watch these snakes squirm and turn on each other like cowards do.

Durham is coming....with a truckload of substance....the kind of substance that could translate to jail time. He gets to cast a far bigger, wider net that makes for a more penetrating investigation. Comey and gang are going to feel its invasive nature...lol.

Brace yourself.

Once again you demonstrate your lack of understanding of how the US justice system works.

US Attorney John Durham issued a rare statement Monday saying he disagrees with conclusions of the FISA report.

“Based on the evidence collected to date, and while our investigation is ongoing, last month we advised the Inspector General that we do not agree with some of the report’s conclusions as to predication and how the FBI case was opened".

Attorney General William Barr tore into the FBI’s “intrusive” investigation after the release of Horowitz’s report, saying it was launched based on the “thinnest of suspicions.”   “The Inspector General’s report now makes clear that the FBI launched an intrusive investigation of a U.S. presidential campaign on the thinnest of suspicions that, in my view, were insufficient to justify the steps taken".

And there is this in an email exchange by Lisa Page in 2015: "The POTUS wants to know everything". And there are a lot more.

You should think of the IG Report as a starting point - a cold soup and lettuce starter - the first course has not even started. The first course will be sensational, but the main course will be 'biblical', and of course the desert is the 2020 re-election.  Revenge is a meal best eaten cold - and as they also say: slowly slowly catchy monkey.

Calm down. There are no “substance”. This is just another diversion muddle the water farce. They will keep this talking point alive until the election to help Trump and then allow this to fade away.

There's a difference between not finding anything and the general conclusion. There were some mistakes and irregularities, but nothing challenging the main conclusions.

The general conclusion is that Trump's conspiracy theory was largely debunked: the investigation was legal, no political bias, no conspiracy, no spy planted in his campaign, they did not use the Steele dossier to open the investigation, etc...
