I'm leaving for good in the next few month or so and still have a truck.

Unable to sell it at present, can a friend sell it for me once I've gone?

I can leave a copy of my passport and my visa is good til September 2020 so I can leave a copy of that too

knowing how ridiculous it is becoming here you will probably need a TM.30 form too !!

Would be much better to fix it so you are not unable to sell it while you are here. As you say you still have a few months.

And, yes you can sell it after with the documents Don Mega have mentioned, but only if you know that you can trust the one you call friend.
