Thats a little like asking which 7/11 store is the best. There are 100s of bike rental places, they come and go and some only operate for high season.

Keep in mind there is little to no insurance coverage for you if in an accident and none to cover damage to the bike or other vehicles. Unless you have a motorbike license from home country then you are illegal and will void any travel insurance.

Travel insurance sometimes only covers upto 125 cc bikes so that's the PCX out.
