December 31, 20196 yr I have the App on my Android phone which is working and linked to my account and shows my outstanding balance due on 31st Dec (today) I paid this bill on the 27th Dec at a family mart (have receipt) but on the App it is still showing as outstanding balance, is this normal ?
December 31, 20196 yr Author yes I know that could be the issue but I would have thought the payment went through automatically but I guess quite possible they are processed manually 27th was not a holiday HNY
