Pay your PEA Electric

Featured Replies

I have the App on my Android phone which is working and linked to my account and shows my outstanding balance due on 31st Dec (today)

I paid this bill on the 27th Dec at a family mart (have receipt) but on the App it is still showing as outstanding balance, is this normal ?

Since everybody is off on holiday,I am not surprised.

yes I know that could be the issue but I would have thought the payment went through automatically but I guess quite possible they are processed manually

27th was not a holiday

As long as you have a receipt why worry about it?

Paid mine and it credited within minutes !

If it's 4 days it suggests something's up. Contact PEA via the app and ask them.

Perhaps uninstall and reinstall the app.

Why not set up an a/p with the power authority.. Mine has worked perfectly for several years. I don't have to worry, if I'm away from Thailand. Power still gets paid.

Keep life simple.

Sure, but that was not what the OP was asking about, was it?

I believe some of these app now can show real time usage, although I am not sure about Thailand.
