Terry Reid with a brilliant rendition of Dylan's classic Highway 61 which he reframed as the melody Highway 61 Revisited/Friends/ Highway 61 Revisited.  Off of his '69 self-titled debut.

Though Freddie Mercury wrote the song in '70 it wasn't recorded by him until Queens' '73 debut album.  Awesome song and not sure which version I like best.

Lead Belly with his '44 recording of the traditional American folk song originating from two songs, "In the Pines" and "The Longest Train", both of whose authorship is unknown and date back to at least the 1870s, Where Did You Sleep Last Night?
