The sun is rising, the birds are singing, not a cloud in the sky with a lovely temperature and everything just feels fine. Popular Post EVENKEEL Posted January 5, 2020 Popular Post Share Posted January 5, 2020 We occasionally drive to Jomtein Beach to spend the day at the beach. Try to get there by 9am to secure a parking spot near soi 7 and as I'm driving the length of the beach road I see farang out walking, biking, at the beach socializing and think to myself that this seems like a pretty nice place to retire for a single guy anyways. No birds singing, a few soi dogs barking. High pollution level, dirty streets. I envy you. I miss Thailand every day, and Pattaya is the place I'd want to live in. It has plenty of problems, but living there was a million % better than where I am now.
