    Chang is basically the Thai version of Stella IMO....

    Just a suggestion: try the BBB (Belgian Beer Cafe). It's on Thappraya Road from Pattaya to Jomtien, I would say around 1 km after the flyover on the right side. There's lots of different beers on sale both per bottle and also draught.

    Beer Hub Tree Town/ Soi Buakhao. Do a decent curry to go with it too.
