How to find Bell Shuttle - Suvarni Airport

Featured Replies

Hello folks,

Can someone please give me quick directions on how to find Bell Shuttle at Suvarni airport at the international terminal.

I won't have much time.

Thanks in advance if anyone can help.

counter located on level 1 near Gate no 8. After exit custom (Level 2), you have to take escalator or elevator down to Level 1 and walk toward Gate no 8.

Thank you!

Don't know whether situation has changed back to normal?

But sometime ago they abandoned the counter (or had to).

Suv. to Pattaya has to be booked in advance and you meet some representative carrying a sign at the hall.

My experience from the last two years.

Location is as above (gate 7/gate 8).

From the website:

I think you are right on that, easy to walk straight past them, i was expecting a desk but was one lady standing up

Doesn't need to be booked in advance, but does need to be booked online.

So you can be at the airport and book yourself on to the transfer, whilst waiting for the bus..

There is no counter, just a couple of employees occupying a few airport seats, probably a bit closer to Door 7 than 8.  Normally these are ones that back onto the last escalator.  They often have company polo shirts on.

Never tried to book it at short notice (ie from the airport), but not sure how the booking would get to the airport staff as they appear to work from printouts and not any sort of real time computer link.  Would be interested in hearing from anyone that's actually done this.

The buses disappear frrom those available on the booking screen an hour or so before the departure time, so don't think you can turn up 15 minutes before the bus leaves and book it on line.

In case that their are seats left (what is quite likely at the moment) the staff there will accept bookings until the last minute.
Level 1 Between Gate No.7 & Gate No.8
