A video posted on Facebook showed two motorcycle taxi guys fighting with a Grab rider in Rachada Soi 36 in Bangkok.

Daily News said that the violence is brazen and the "wins" couldn't seem to care less about the police.

The attack left blood coming out of the ear of the Grab rider.

The customer filming say in the circumstances  she will not take the ride but she will still pay him for his trouble.

She calls the Pahonyothin police and one of the motorcycle taxi riders advises her to stay out of it - this is an argument not a case of random physical assault, he suggests.

Rachada 36 is a very busy soi in Bangkok with many motorcycle taxis ferrying passengers to businesses, shops and residential properties in the area.

The clip was widely shared online after appearing on "Yaak dang diaw jat hai return v.16"  - this means: "If you wanna be famous, we'll make it happen".

Identify them, arrest them, charge them with assault, 10k baht fine, and jerk their pretty orange vests for a year.

Not difficult - their numbers are plastered all over their jackets and easily seen, together with their faces - despite the first photo ridiculously having blacked out their eyes.

Those lovely smiling Thais.....Thailand land of  thuggery has a  lovely undertone of violence and intimidation all the way to the top.

No give them a  REAL punishment.............1  point on their  licence, but not to be too hard, both can share it...........thatll sort it

The lack of severe punishment for these win guys will further cement their sense of entitlement and the idea that they can continue on with this behavior and get away with it.

The issues as always is the absence of any real consequence for the animals.

Or the precious little image that Thailand has left to offer the world!!!!

Who in gods name would bring their family to this Zoo after watching this on social media!

I use Grab almost exclusively for car/taxi rides and about 50% of the time a meter taxi shows up. These "win" guys could do the same thing. Work both sides. I'll wait for snarky replies.

The win bikers don’t want to join Grab as their ratings would be so bad no one would use them. Also their earnings would be visible to the tax dept.

They all work for powerful people, including police, who own the ranks and charge them rent which explains why they are immune to police action.

Anyone hear what happened to those who murdered two by shooting in Udom Suk a few months ago? No, I thought not. Even though both ranks they were disputing which led to the deaths were unlicensed and illegal, they were both back in operation within two days, under the noses of the police who were “investigating” the murders.

I have always had good rides with Win riders and they never overcharge me when I use them. Never used Grab riders and probably  never will. But it is rather disgusting how angry and violent they get.
